Record the user's consent decision (OIDC Core §3.1.2.4)
/v1/auth/consent/decisionRecords the grant on approval and returns the /authorize continuation, or
returns the client's redirect_uri carrying access_denied on refusal
(RFC 6749 §4.1.2.1: "the resource owner denied the request").
The authorization request is re-validated against the client registry here; the SPA-supplied parameters are never trusted.
- Originstring
Browser Origin, checked (with Sec-Fetch-Site) as a same-origin/CSRF guard.
- Sec-Fetch-Sitestring
Fetch metadata; only same-origin is trusted (CSRF guard).
- Content-Typestring
Must be application/json — a JSON body cannot be a CORS simple request, closing form-based CSRF.
- Cookiestring
The request Cookie header; the interactive login / pending-auth session cookie, and the browser marker a sign-in is recognized by, are read from it.
Request body
The user's approve/deny decision, together with the authorization request it applies to. The request parameters are carried rather than parked server-side because the decision must be re-validated against the client registry anyway — the SPA is never trusted, so nothing is gained by trusting a handle it holds either.
True to record the grant and resume, false to refuse.
